Running Hyper-v nested inside VMWare fusion
To run Hyper-v nested inside VMWare Fusion add the following to the vmx file:
vhv.enable = "TRUE"
hypervisor.cpuid.v0 = "FALSE"
In the virtual machine settings under advanced set the virtualization engine to "Intel VT-x with EPT"
Power up the virtual machine and install Hyper-v role.
